I have a cpap that I cannot use mask always comes off at night. I looked into getting the implant that works similer to this device. Thank goodness I tried this as it works for my sleep apnea. I use a ring that measures my O2 at night and gives a score. My score went from 5.5's to in the 9's when using this and my O2 no longer drops into the 80's and stays in the 90's all night. I wake up feeling so much better. Glad I tried this first and did not get the $20k implant! Thank you for this device!
